Emanuele Casieri, began playing the trumpet aged 7 in his hometown's wind band and later started having lessons with Silvio Romeo. Following on from that, he joined Giuseppe Bodanza's trumpet class at Milan Conservatoire of Music and just after graduating, won the position of Principal Trumpet in the “G.Verdi” Milan Symphony Orchestra.
Eric Aubier entered Maurice Andre's class at the CNSM of Paris at the age of 14 where he was the youngest graduate at the time earning three first prizes.
