The CeDeL saxophone quartet is a young, contemporary ensemble that first met at the Lemmensinstitute in Leuven in 2007. The members of the Cedel Quartet are Peter Cverle: soprano saxophone, Vincent Alpaerts: alto saxophone, Jitse Coopman: tenor saxophone and Pieter Legacy: baritonsaxophone.

Saxophonist Simon Bates is known and respected for his stylistic versatility and instrumental prowess.
Born in Austria in 1987, Simon Plötzender first began playing the trumpet and piano at age of nine.
